Mak's Spotlight Poster

Lucky You! Two posts from me in one day!
So, the sunshine I relished in my last post only lasted another hour, if that. Then we had more snow. Darin figures we have at least 5 ft. of snow piled up in spots where the snowblower has dumped it's excess. That's a lot of snowage. But, that's o.k., I guess. I have Makenna's big beautiful brown eyes to warm me up. They just make me melt! (See for yourself below.)

Here is Makenna's Kindergarten Spotlight Poster that I did last month. She doesn't need it until February, but I thought I'd get a head start. I just haven't had time to upload until now. I did it in Photoshop CS in the same style as digital scrapbooking...just on a grander scale. It has been made to print out poster size, but I think, now, that her teacher is supplying her students with a 1/2 posterboard for their spotlights. The beauty of digital is that I can print it smaller. I sized the image below, down to an 8.5X11 jpeg so that I could post it on my blog. It's more manageable that way. Anyway, I think it turned out cute. Let me know what you think. Thanks! (Click the image to make it bigger.)
