"Club Eleven" B-day Party
Brooklyn decided to have a "late-night" dance club themed birthday party. The invites were sent out as lanyards. They turned out so cute! We had 17 girls there (including my four girls) that were all from our ward/neighborhood. We had invited more, but they didn't all come. She didn't end up inviting any girls from school, either. We had an awesome crowd as it was. Luckily, Aunt Heidi came to help...again. She is a lifesaver. And poor Darin...he gets roped into these "girly" parties. He was supposed to dress up as a bouncer but that didn't happen. I was lucky to have him there too, putting up with all the estrogen flying around that night. He is such a good sport. The party activities included a nacho bar dinner, dance games (like the bunny hop, limbo), line dancing, and choreographed dance. Instead of cake, we served a small scoop of vanilla ice cream inside a choco-chip cookie pie cup. As party favors, the girls each received a goody bag with sparkly page-boy hats, netted arm gloves, lip gloss, ribbon wands, etc. They LOVED them and they all looked sooooo cute in them. The party was a HUGE success!
Big eyes dreaming about all those wishes
