Darin's Work Woes - AGAIN!

Things, once again, are getting a little heated at Darin's work.  April Fools!  (I wish!)   I just don't get it!  How can Darin work with the same company for 20 years (not without problems, for sure), but then be with three different companies within a couple of years with more than his share of problems.

With most of the employees at Ardyss being monolingual Spanish speakers, it has proved to be very difficult with the language barriers.  Most of their meetings are done through translators, including arguments and disagreements.  They make decisions on a whim, making it very difficult for Darin to plan.  And they keep threatening to move the company to Panama.  Go figure!  One of the gurus they brought in (the one responsible for getting Darin into the company) has been trying to turn the company in the right direction, without success.  They've nailed his pant let to the floor and he can't get anywhere.  He mentioned to Darin once that he was getting Darin ready to be his replacement.  What?  Even this guru can't get anywhere with these people.

So glad that we have not picked up our family and moved to Vegas.  We are staying put while we ride this ride!
