Work Woes

Things have been getting really rough for Darin at work.  It's so weird that he can work for 20 years at one company and then have so many challenges with all the jobs to follow.  His last job (the one he left NuSkin for) was great for the first year, then the boss gets all "Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde" and makes things extremely confusing.  He never knew which one of the personalities was going to show up to work each day...or even after lunch. 

Now, again, things have been awesome in this job for the first year to year-and-a-half, but now things are happening.  The lady he replaced at work (who was demoted and now works under him) has been causing major, major issues.  She is super jealous of the fact that Darin is doing amazing things in his position with all of his experience and talent...things she could never make happen.  Then there is the other girl who works with him who is constantly demeaning him and telling him that she could do his job so much better.  She has told him that he better watch out, 'cause she will be pushing him out. 

Nice, huh?  He gets to deal with this everyday.  And no one is coming to his rescue at work.  They just keep telling him to take the high road and let it lie. In the meantime, he is becoming less and less enthusiastic about his job and it's very hard to watch him go through this.  I hope it gets resolved soon!  Ugh!
